Spaghetti and Meatball Stoup
(thicker than soup, thinner than stew)
This is a Rachael Ray recipe that I've tried once before and was really happy with the first time. I subsituted the meatballs with pre-made vegetarian meatballs. I would definately make this a third time! The only downfall is that the spaghetti absorbs all of the liquid when it's saved at leftovers. Click the link below if you'd like to make it!
